Stampdy provides a browser-based platform where you can design, customize, and download stamp files (PNG, SVG, PDF, DOCX). We do not manufacture physical stamps, inks, or handles — we provide digital designs only.

2 Content Ownership & License

You retain full ownership of any text, logos, or images you upload. By using our service, you grant Stampdy a non-exclusive license to temporarily display or process your content solely for providing the editing tools.

3 User Responsibilities

• Keep your account information accurate and secure (if applicable).
• Ensure your uploaded content doesn't infringe on others' rights or violate laws.
• Use downloaded stamp files responsibly. Stampdy is not liable for how they are used.

4 Limitations & Disclaimers

Stampdy is provided "as is". We don't guarantee it's bug-free or always available. We aren't responsible for any loss of data, missed deadlines, or indirect damages.

5 Modifications to Terms

We may update this agreement to reflect improvements or changes in our service. Any material changes will be notified on-site or via email where applicable.

6 Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore (or your selected jurisdiction) without conflict rules.
